<Korean Culture and Animation> event will be held from March 24, 2023 to December 19, 2023 at the Korean Cultural Center in Washington D.C, United States.

While the name of K-culture is attracting a lot of attention around the world, Korean short literature, which has laid the foundation of our culture, is a representative cultural art genre that contains the previous landscape of Korea, people's lives, and spirit.

Among them, Director. Jae Huun Ahn and Studio Meditation With a Pencil produced <When the Buckwheat Flowers Bloom>, <A lucky day>, <Spring, Spring>, <The Shower>, and <The Shaman Sorceress> into animation which reproduced the beauty and excitement of Korean classics intact in Korea. (It received positive reviews from movie journalist Kim Hyun-min, such as ‘The thrilling video makes you breathless (Seoul Shinmun).

This event, which will be held until the end of 2023, will allow you to watch an exhibition and screening of Korean literature and animation in the media room on the first floor of the Korean Cultural Center in Washington D.C and you can also receive special postcards for 5 literatures.
